Final Acceptance Process: "Thanks Bill, you have been awesome through this whole process! Looking back, we could not have accomplished these tasks on our own due to length of time to finalize. You provide a great service, email communications were phenonmenal! Feel free to use me as a reference if needed. By the way, the photos of the house look awesome....."

1-Year Warranty Inspection: "They started by flood testing all my exterior surface areas, so that I did not need to wait for a storm to see what happens! Bill moved around both the exterior and interior walls testing every inch of plaster to ensure nothing required immediate remediation. Chris was conducting signal tests on every electrical and data port in the home, many of which I have never used. They know what is required to meet code in Mexico, and what is realistic to expect from a home anywhere in North America. I get my full comprehensive report next week, along with a recommended maintenance program to ensure that the home stays looking as beautiful as it is today."

Construction Progress Inspections: "If you have the same anxiety that Gail and I were feeling about your new home in Loreto Bay being done properly, then the great folks at the Construction Coach are your answer. Our experience to date with Bill, Chris and Laurie has been great! We aren't able to make it down very often to check on things ourselves so they have been our eyes and ears and are making sure that things are being done right the first time on our behalf. What a great feeling to know that we have a team of professionals to watch over our new investment, have the construction teams make any necessary changes as they go and report back to us monthly with pictures as a plus. For any of you that have trouble making it down as often as you'd like, we strongly recommend you contact them as well. Gail and I can now sleep nights knowing we have a team of professionals "on the ground" working with us to make sure we don't need to worry. Thanks Bill, Chris and Laurie for everything!" Construction Progress Inspections: "What a great resource! Living 2,000 miles away it's a real comfort having someone who is thoroughly familiar with the Loreto Bay development and has an excellent working relationship with their contractors to represent us. We plan to sit back and relax as all the pieces of our new home come together, knowing that inspections and any punch list work will be completed prior to our arrival in Loreto. Thank you Construction Coach!"

Final Acceptance Process: "We hired The Construction Coach to do our final inspection, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We had already booked our flight down for the inspection, but hired TCC to help us just in case we missed something. We are so glad that we did!! Chris’s background in Loreto Bay construction was a huge help and he inspected items we would never have thought of. Plus he had everything corrected for us by the time we arrived. It was easy and pleasant and well worth the cost. We feel fully confident in letting TCC handle our furniture and Road9 installation, Ecoscapes landscaping, and our one year inspection. The amount of airfare we will save will easily pay for these, plus give us more time to enjoy Loreto Bay!"

Final Acceptance Process: "We are thrilled with our experience with The Construction Coach. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It is very comforting to have someone with many years of experience in contracting looking over the place. We just relaxed and felt totally confident that a thorough inspection by experts was happening. Kent paid attention to details that we never would have noticed until we were living there. He pointed out a few more technical issues that only a contractor would see. It can be a nerve-wracking as well as exciting time when you accept a new home. You took any possible tension out of that experience. We're so happy that you all are part of our new community. We look forward to using whatever services you offer as the year(s) unfolds. Thank you so much."

Progress Inspections: "I forwarded your original message to a rather large contingency of LB owners in the San Francisco Bay area. Some have yet to engage in your services, but plan to when the time is appropriate. 'TCC' has become an icon of quality control, and assured building excellence in our yahoo email blog... We are coming down late November, Hope to meet you then. Keep up the good work, Bill."

SIPS Inspections: "Linda, we totally endorse Bill's SIPS system - it has been so helpful to us over the last few weeks. There was very little progress on our home for over 8 months, and then when Citigroup took over there was a flurry of activity to get it completed before the penalty phase kicked in. This meant that many tasks which are normally done in sequence were being done concurrently. More importantly, we were due to arrive on October 31 to live in the house and it was not going to be ready. It was a great advantage to have Bill and his team communicating constantly with SIPS reports, and making sure that nothing was overlooked which might cause problems down the road. He co-ordinated with our VHAM and with EcoScapes to get all the details taken care of, and sent us weekly reports & photos to us and to LBC so everyone could see EXACT progress. We're very grateful for our "eyes on the ground". "

Final Acceptance: "The TCC punchlist inspection prior to the Certificate of Acceptance is well worth the price. It would be difficult to conduct such a thorough inspection on your own. And if you cannot personally be in Loreto Bay to follow up on the punchlist from the inspection, TCC is the best way to go to keep the
process moving."
