Custom Homes:

- Custom Quality Assurance Program - If your custom home is being constructed by LBC or any other builder, you should consider hiring TCC as your direct 3rd Party Agent for quality assurance (QA). We have developed an excellent program, offering exactly the right supplement for your contractor's Supervision. We do not duplicate services, we add extreme QA value to your project. Talk to any of our Custom QA clients, and you will learn that our results are nothing short of miraculous.
During Construction:
- Progress Inspections - Intensive documentation of the entire construction process... in addition to your Progress Inspections, you also need the CDC (these are completely different types of inspections, for different purposes)
- CDC; Construction Document Compliance Inspection - Using all of your existing plans, specifications, addenda, and change orders... We verify that everything is correctly constructed before it is all covered by plaster!
End of Construction:
- Final Acceptance Process - Inspecting and accepting your home at the end of construction, and recieving all of your furniture, furnishings, and electronics.
After Construction:
- 1-Year Warranty Inspection - 1 year after completion of construction... critically important!
- Management Services & Consulting - A variety of services, before/during/after construction
