In Depth: Finished Custom Home

"You know the old saying that “if something is too good to be true, it probably is?" Well, in TCC’s case, it is not true. TCC built our home in only 10 months. They started in March of 2009 and the home was completed in November. That is, as far as I know, at least a full year faster than any other home has been built. The quality in our home is exceptional. The tradesmen that Jose Luis hired clearly took great pride in their work as evidenced in the detail and finishing. Any changes or recommendations and associated costs were clearly discussed and approved before implementation.

The only surprises were positive ones. Our home is more than we expected. The landscaping is more than we expected. The home was finished earlier than expected.

We thoroughly enjoyed the building process, which sounds masochistic. This was our first foray into the world of home building and we would certainly do it again, as long as it was with TCC.

Thanks Bill and Laurie and Jose Luis and your crew for giving us everything we wanted in our home. And now that it is done we thank you for your ongoing friendship. We look forward to many years in our new home and with our future friends in Loreto."
