Pre-construction Excellence: We will solve problems you didn't even know you had... before work starts. This minimizes Change Orders. We will save you significant money by spending time in the planning stage, before work starts. Before we finalize your contract, we will provide an intensive review of your plans and specifications. We look for;
Livability - Does the house's positive energy flow naturally? We will find unliveable "tight spots" on your plans, before they become change orders.
Construct-ability - We will identify and inform you of most problem issues before we start work... this always results in reduction of change orders.
Value Engineering - Do you need to reduce your budget? No short cuts... we are experts at developing alternate finish proposals that cut costs without sacrificing comfort and livability.
Reasonable Profit & Accurate Estimates: Profit should be reasonable in relation to cost. If you want to really know the cost of your construction, ask TCC for a cost estimate. We invest enormous energy into our estimating. We don't guess, we know our costs.
Experienced Supervision: This is Rule #1 for custom homebuilding: The quality of the home you receive in the end will be in direct proportion to quality and quantity of supervision on your project. TCC Construction is and will remain a small builder, with daily hands-on leadership by the company owners in every project. We will not over-extend our management team. Our homes will receive more and better supervision than any other builder will provide. In the long term this actually saves us money... we won't make mistakes, our work-flow will be far more efficient, and our warranty repair costs will be near zero.
Financial Management: You will be sending us large sums of cash. You want to be sure your contractor will complete the job within the budget, will pay all workers and suppliers, and will still be in business a year from now to back your warranty. It is essential that you choose a contractor who can demonstrate a record of competent fiscal management.

Project Closeout: Accepting your home in Mexico can be a big challenge.
